I’m currently trying to figure out what will be my new go-to outfit for interviews because I want it to stand out. I used to have a nice black blazer from H&M which fit me perfectly, made me look at least 5 lbs thinner, lasted for a long time, and originally was only $50 or $60. Somewhere in the process of cleaning out my closet and taking old clothing to a consignment shop, I lost my beloved blazer. I may have accidentally given it to the re-sale shop. At the time, all my other blazers were much more casual and didn’t make me feel as quite as sharp. I’m trying to figure out if I should get a really special new blazer on eBay, or if I should just wear something else for interviews.. like a shift dress and a belted cardigan. I’m not sure what do yet, but I had to post these blazers that caught my eye on eBay this week.
Vintage Christian Lacroix. This is the one I would be buying if it matched my measurements (the seller says it’s 33″ in the bust). I would love to have a jacket with some yellow in it.
Nanette Lepore Blazer. I have never wanted to wear pink so badly!
Missoni Blazer, $149 on eBay. I’m sure the retail price on this was insane.

Walter Blazer. $39 on eBay. $300 in stores. Impeccable. I have always loved Walter coats and jackets because the details are amazing. Look and how the lapel turns seamlessly into a satin tie at the neckline, which matches the contrast satin trim on the rest of the jacket. LOVE IT!
Giles DuFour Blazer. Out of all the blazers out there right now with white piping, I think this is the best. This blazer proves that it is possible to wear a purple blazer without looking like you’re stuck in the 80’s.
J. Jill Blazer, currently at $19 versus $178 retail.
Cythia Steffe Blazer. Currently at just $21.
Valentino. Offered as a 2-piece suit, currently at $51. Too mature looking for someone my age, but clearly it’s extremely fabulous.

Stumble it!

Wow, gorgeous blazers, in particular the Christian Lacroix and Walter ones! I love blazers, especially cropped ones, because they fit my height better. I
